About the Role

As an Affiliate Manager, you will be central to building and scaling user acquisition channels for new operators entering the market. This is not a passive account role. It is a fast-paced, performance-driven seat where your ability to structure deals, build partner networks, and optimize ROI will directly impact operator success and market growth.

What You’ll Be Driving

Affiliate Network Growth & Management

• Identify, onboard, and manage affiliates across global markets, with a strong emphasis on crypto and sweepstakes acquisition channels

• Negotiate CPA, RevShare, and Hybrid deals, balancing growth and profitability

• Build long-term relationships with publishers, streamers, and influencers to scale acquisition

Performance & Optimization

• Track ROI across affiliates, monitoring fraud, player quality, and LTV

• Create and manage dashboards to report performance, run cohort analysis, and optimize campaigns

• Collaborate with paid media and marketing colleagues to share insights and maximize channel synergy

Market Expansion

• Drive affiliate growth into new geos and verticals alongside operator launches

• Stay on top of compliance nuances for crypto vs fiat acquisition

• Leverage data and performance trends to recommend expansion strategies

What You Bring

• At least 3 to 5 years in affiliate management within iGaming, betting, or crypto verticals

• A strong book of existing affiliate contacts and partners

• Deep understanding of acquisition funnels, deal structures, and fraud prevention

• Track record of scaling affiliate revenue and driving high-quality player acquisition

• Analytical mindset, comfortable with data-driven decisions and reporting
