About the Role
Join a fast-growing, AI-driven technology company reimagining online gaming with automation and scale. As Affiliate & Partnerships Manager, you’ll own growth across affiliate, influencer, and streaming channels—recruiting partners, negotiating commercial terms, and optimising performance to deliver high-quality volume and revenue in iGaming. This is a hands-on role for an operator with 5+ years’ iGaming experience who blends commercial savvy with data-driven execution.
What You’ll Be Driving
Program Growth & Partnerships
Identify, recruit, and onboard affiliates, creators, and streaming partners (Twitch/Kick/YouTube/Telegram).
Build tiered partner portfolios; design promos, calendars, and activation plans by market/geo.
Negotiate CPA/CPL/RevShare/Hybrid deals, ensuring win–win economics and clear KPIs.
Performance & Optimisation
Own targets for registrations, FTDs, quality, and LTV/payback; tune offers, funnels, and placements.
Implement partner scoring; scale top performers and restructure or sunset underperformers.
Monitor fraud/quality signals (duplicate accounts, incentive abuse, bot traffic) and enforce standards.
Analytics, Tracking & Reporting
Maintain clean tracking with the affiliate platform/MMP; align postbacks with BI for cohort views.
Build source-of-truth dashboards; produce weekly performance reports with actionable next steps.
Test creatives, landing paths, and incentives; document learnings and best practices.
Stakeholder Collaboration & Compliance
Partner with Marketing, BI, and Product to align offers, attribution, and roadmap priorities.
Coordinate with Legal/Compliance on regulated market/sweepstakes requirements and disclosures.
Create playbooks, briefs, and runbooks that enable fast, compliant partner launches.
What You Bring
Strong experience in affiliate/partnerships management with ideally 2–3 years in iGaming (sweepstakes/skill-based games a plus).
Hands-on campaign/partner management with proven delivery to acquisition and revenue targets.
Strong negotiation and relationship skills across publishers, creators, and networks.
Proficiency with affiliate tracking platforms and analytics (e.g., postbacks, UTMs, cohort/LTV views).
Data-driven, detail-oriented operator with excellent organisation, documentation, and follow-through.
