Role Overview:
We're looking for a technically fluent, relationship-driven AWS Partner Alliance Manager to join a growing Global Alliances team. You'll work closely with Sales, Business Development, and Pre-Sales to identify and grow relationships within AWS, stitching together technical and revenue-focused efforts and aligning the company's solutions with AWS's existing service offerings. This role is fully remote with travel of up to 25% for partner engagement and field visits.
What You Will Do:
Build foundational knowledge of the company's positioning within the AWS ecosystem, with a strong understanding of Data Governance, Digital Transformation, and related AWS sales plays
Grow AWS relationships by connecting AWS sales plays with the company's product offering, creating new revenue opportunities across the Data and AI community
Align the company's product roadmap with AWS's roadmap through regular cadence meetings with stakeholders on both sides
Develop training materials and presentations in partnership with internal Product and Marketing teams to strengthen the partner ecosystem
Manage alignment between internal stakeholders and key AWS contacts through regular summit meetings
Forge new sales opportunities by identifying and developing stitch points within the AWS Data and AI community
Evangelise the partnership through conferences, online events, and an active social media presence
Equip systems integrators within the partner ecosystem to build AWS-friendly solution offerings
Grow co-sell activity by making new introductions between AWS field sales and internal sales teams
Build brand awareness and key relationships within AWS's Data and AI community to drive co-sell opportunities at scale
What We Are Looking For:
Proven track record in an AWS alliance, partner, or co-sell role. Bring your AWS network
Experience working directly within or alongside the AWS Data and AI field organisation, including systems integrators
Consistent over-quota performance. This is a commission-bearing revenue role and we want achievers
Technical fluency — able to engage credibly on data and AI solutions at a product and roadmap level
Executive presence, comfortable creating and managing senior relationships across partner organisations
Strong communicator with the ability to build confidence and credibility across a partner network
Genuine sense of urgency, ownership, and attention to detail
Familiarity with MDM, Data Governance, or broader data management solutions is a strong advantage
What We Are Not Looking For:
Alliance or partner roles that were primarily administrative or event-based with no revenue accountability
Candidates without direct AWS field experience or an existing network to activate
Those who need a long runway before generating pipeline activity
