As the company expands globally, we are seeking a Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to lead the next phase of growth - building an integrated marketing function that drives brand visibility, player acquisition, and measurable ROI across channels and geographies.
The Opportunity
This is a hands-on, strategic leadership role for a marketing innovator who thrives at the intersection of data, creativity, and growth. You’ll lead a multi-disciplinary global team including affiliate marketing, paid social, martech, ad operations, and creative - uniting them under one cohesive strategy that maximizes performance and brand impact.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Leadership
Define and execute a global marketing strategy that drives awareness, engagement, and acquisition across multiple markets.
Lead and mentor a growing team of specialists in affiliate marketing, paid social, ad ops, martech, and design.
Collaborate closely with Product, Data, and Commercial leadership to align marketing strategy with company growth objectives.
Own and optimize the marketing budget, ensuring disciplined allocation based on performance and scalability.
Growth & Performance
Oversee all performance marketing initiatives across channels including Meta, Snapchat, Google, Reddit, and Telegram.
Drive innovation and testing across creative formats, targeting strategies, and audience segmentation to reduce CAC and maximize ROAS.
Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all marketing platforms, pixels, and postback systems.
Develop and maintain a marketing analytics framework to measure and report on KPIs such as LTV, conversion rate, and retention.
Affiliate & Partner Marketing
Scale and refine a global affiliate network, focusing on ROI, compliance, and brand alignment.
Build transparent reporting and performance models to optimize partnerships and payouts.
Oversee creative asset distribution, tracking systems, and fraud monitoring within the affiliate ecosystem.
MarTech & Ad Operations
Lead the implementation and optimization of marketing technology stacks including attribution tools, automation platforms, and analytics dashboards.
Oversee ad operations across multiple DSPs, networks, and programmatic environments to ensure flawless campaign execution.
Partner with engineering and BI teams to enhance automation, targeting, and predictive analytics.
Creative & Brand
Guide the front-end and motion design team to deliver high-impact creative assets that perform across digital and social platforms.
Define the brand voice, positioning, and visual identity to ensure consistency across all marketing touchpoints.
Balance data-driven experimentation with creative excellence to continuously evolve the brand.
Qualifications & Experience
10+ years of marketing leadership experience, with proven success in digital-first, data-driven environments.
Deep understanding of affiliate marketing, performance media, martech, and ad operations.
Experience leading global, multi-disciplinary marketing teams across time zones.
Strong analytical mindset — able to translate data insights into strategy and action.
Demonstrated ability to build scalable growth systems from the ground up.
Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with a bias toward execution and results.
Experience in iGaming, fintech, or high-growth tech sectors preferred.
