As they prepare for their next phase of strategic growth, including potential private equity opportunities, my client is seeking a visionary and hands-on Chief Operating Officer (COO) to lead operational transformation.
Responsibilities
The COO will play a critical role in ensuring that my client’s operations are efficient, scalable, and aligned with their long-term goals. Reporting directly to the CEO, this role involves working with a high-performing leadership team to foster innovation, drive growth, and deliver exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic execution: translate the company’s vision into actionable strategies that ensure sustainable growth and operational excellence
Operational leadership: oversee day-to-day operations, streamline processes, and drive a culture of accountability across all departments
Framework implementation: introduce and embed leadership frameworks such as Agile to enhance operational efficiency and strategic planning
Leadership development: build and mentor a high-impact leadership team, promoting a culture of innovation and excellence
Client and stakeholder engagement: strengthen relationships with key clients and stakeholders, ensuring long-term partnerships and satisfaction
Risk and governance: identify and mitigate strategic risks while ensuring compliance with internal policies and industry standards
Data-driven decisions: leverage analytics and reporting to drive continuous improvement and informed decision-making
Strategic projects: play a key role in identifying and launching new service lines, business models, and market opportunities
What My Client is Looking For
My client is seeking an entrepreneurial, results-oriented leader with a proven track record in scaling operations and driving strategic growth.
Qualifications
Extensive experience as a COO or equivalent senior leadership role, ideally in a BPO or high-growth organization
Expertise in Agile frameworks or similar leadership methodologies, with certification highly preferred
Demonstrated success in strategic planning, operational transformation, and business development
Exceptional interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels
Strong financial and analytical acumen, with a focus on data-driven decision-making
Knowledge of HR, Finance, Marketing, and Operations functions, with a holistic understanding of organizational dynamics
Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree highly desirable
