Responsibilities

The COO will play a critical role in ensuring that my client’s operations are efficient, scalable, and aligned with their long-term goals. Reporting directly to the CEO, this role involves working with a high-performing leadership team to foster innovation, drive growth, and deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities

Qualifications

• Extensive experience as a COO or equivalent senior leadership role, ideally in a BPO or high-growth organization

• Expertise in Agile frameworks or similar leadership methodologies, with certification highly preferred

• Demonstrated success in strategic planning, operational transformation, and business development

• Exceptional interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels

• Strong financial and analytical acumen, with a focus on data-driven decision-making

• Knowledge of HR, Finance, Marketing, and Operations functions, with a holistic understanding of organizational dynamics

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree highly desirable
