About the Role

We're hiring a Cloud Software Engineer based in the Philippines to help scale and improve a mission-critical internal coaching and compliance platform used by thousands of employees across global contact center operations.

Note this position is fully remote and is on the night shift.

This is a follow-on hire after placing a senior full-stack engineer in the U.S. — and this time, we’re looking to strengthen the front-end capability, while also bringing in someone with real-world troubleshooting, Infrastructure-as-Code, and event-driven architecture experience.

You'll work closely with the U.S. developer, collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, and own significant parts of the codebase as we modernize and scale the platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and enhance full-stack cloud applications hosted on Azure

• Take ownership of key UI components using Vue 3 and Vuetify

• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, including debugging logs and analyzing performance bottlenecks

• Build and manage CI/CD pipelines, working with Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions

• Support containerized environments and contribute to deployment strategies (e.g., blue/green, canary)

• Translate business needs into scalable architecture using event-driven and microservices patterns

• Collaborate with a global engineering team across the U.S. and Philippines

• Document technical decisions and mentor future junior hires

Tech Stack You’ll Work With

• Front-End: Vue 3, Vuetify, Pinia, Node.js, Vite

• Back-End: Azure Functions (C#), REST APIs, Cosmos DB, SQL Server

• DevOps & Infrastructure: Azure DevOps, Azure App Services, App Insights, Azure AD

• Infrastructure-as-Code: Bicep, ARM Templates, Key Vaults, Service Bus, Event Grid

• Containerization: Docker (Kubernetes exposure a plus)

• Other: Git, OpenAI integrations, Log Analytics

What We’re Looking For

• 3–5 years of software development experience in a cloud-native environment

• Professional experience with Vue.js (v3) and Vuetify

• Strong command of C#/.NET and serverless patterns in Azure

• Real-world experience with Infrastructure-as-Code tools like Bicep, ARM, or Terraform

• Familiarity with event-driven systems (e.g., pub/sub, messaging queues)

• Experience in debugging production issues and analyzing root causes

• Exposure to Docker-based deployments and rollout strategies

• Excellent communication skills and a proactive, collaborative work style

Nice to Have

• Experience with Cosmos DB, Svelte, or Kubernetes

• Background in BPO, compliance-heavy, or high-uptime environments

• Interest in AI or RPA integration projects

• Previous remote collaboration with cross-functional or distributed teams
