Role Overview
A customer-facing application support role with a technical edge. You'll support global enterprise customers through real technical troubleshooting, own cases end-to-end, and contribute to operational improvements. Reporting to the Director of Global Support.
Key Responsibilities
You'll own support cases end-to-end - monitoring, troubleshooting, customer calls, escalations, and documentation. You'll contribute to knowledge base articles, participate in daily case reviews, and work closely with Engineering and Cloud Operations teams when escalation is needed. You'll use Salesforce Service Cloud for case management.
Who You Are
Strong SQL Server and T-SQL skills are the core technical requirement - this is non-negotiable. You're comfortable on a customer call and can explain technical issues clearly to both engineers and non-technical stakeholders.
If you also bring Azure, CI/CD, Terraform, Docker, or Kubernetes experience - great, it's valued. C# proficiency is a bonus. But don't let the DevOps wish list put you off applying if your SQL and customer support game is strong.
You're self-motivated, take ownership, document your work, and don't need hand-holding.
