About the Role

Join a fast-growing, AI-driven technology company reimagining online gaming with automation and scale. As Frontend & Motion Designer, you’ll design and ship conversion-focused landing pages and high-impact motion/video creatives that power user acquisition across iGaming. This is a hands-on role for a designer with 2–3 years’ iGaming experience who blends sharp visual craft with performance thinking.

What You’ll Be Driving

Landing Pages & CRO

  • Design and build conversion-focused landing pages using Unbounce (or similar).

  • Implement clear information hierarchy, persuasive copy/layout pairings, and fast page loads.

  • Maintain tidy page structures, naming, and assets for rapid iteration at scale.

Motion & Creative Production

  • Produce static, animated, and video creatives optimised for iGaming campaigns (paid social, display, affiliates).

  • Create performant ad variants (hooks, formats, lengths) tailored to channel context and compliance.

Performance & Optimisation

  • Iterate pages and creatives based on performance data (CTR, CVR, CPA, retention signals).

  • Run structured tests (headline/visual/offer) and document learnings to inform creative roadmaps.

  • Ensure tracking elements and event conventions are present on page builds (in coordination with AdOps).

Collaboration & Workflow

  • Partner closely with Marketing Managers to meet campaign-specific creative needs and deadlines.

  • Coordinate with copy/design peers for rapid briefs, feedback cycles, and final delivery.

  • Keep shared libraries, templates, and source files clean and reusable.

What You Bring

  • 2–3 years of hands-on iGaming design experience (sweepstakes exposure a plus).

  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects).

  • Experience building and optimising landing pages in Unbounce or similar tools.

  • Strong portfolio showcasing digital design and motion work for gaming or related sectors.

  • Detail-oriented, organised, and comfortable iterating quickly based on results.
