About the Role
We are seeking a Head of Professional Services, APAC to lead the regional delivery organization across Asia Pacific. This role is responsible for ensuring successful implementation, adoption, and expansion of solutions across enterprise clients while driving delivery excellence and customer outcomes.
This is a senior leadership role with ownership across regional strategy, delivery performance, and commercial success. You will work closely with Sales, Product, Customer Support, and Engineering teams globally, ensuring clients achieve measurable business value from their investments.
What You Will Be Doing
Leadership & Strategy
Define and execute regional delivery strategy aligned with global objectives and market needs
Build and lead a high-performing professional services organization across APAC
Contribute to regional leadership initiatives including growth planning and operational strategy
Delivery Excellence
Oversee implementation of solutions across enterprise clients, ensuring delivery quality, timelines, and budget adherence
Drive governance, risk management, and standardized delivery methodologies
Implement continuous improvement initiatives aligned with global frameworks
Customer Engagement & Value Realisation
Act as executive sponsor for key client engagements
Partner with Sales to drive expansion, renewals, and customer advocacy
Build and maintain relationships with senior client stakeholders
Commercial & Operational Management
Own regional professional services P&L including forecasting, utilization, and margin performance
Partner with Sales on scoping and structuring services engagements
Monitor delivery performance through KPIs and operational metrics
Collaboration & Alignment
Work closely with Product and Engineering to incorporate client feedback into product development
Collaborate with global delivery teams to ensure consistency and scalability
What We Are Looking For
Experience & Leadership
15+ years of experience in enterprise software delivery, professional services, or consulting
At least 5 years in a regional leadership role across APAC
Proven track record delivering complex SaaS or analytics solutions for large retail or CPG clients
Experience managing multi-country delivery teams and operating in a regional structure
Commercial & Domain Expertise
Strong commercial acumen with experience managing P&L responsibilities
Deep understanding of retail business processes such as merchandising, supply chain, category management, or pricing
Experience working in global, matrixed organizations
Stakeholder & Leadership Skills
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence C-level executives
Ability to lead distributed and multicultural teams
Strategic mindset with a focus on execution and outcomes
Nice to Have
Experience with AI or machine learning platforms
Background in retail technology or transformation consulting
MBA or relevant advanced degree
