About the Role

This is a rare opportunity to join a high-growth, AI-led technology company revolutionizing the online gaming and betting space through full-stack automation and data-driven decisioning. Operating directly within the CEO’s office, you’ll play a critical role in capital raises, board-level strategy, market expansion, and investor communications — all in support of a company with 30+ live clients, multi-continent growth, and an $80M+ valuation.

This is not a corporate banking rotation or a templated M&A gig. It's hands-on, high-stakes work, where your models will directly inform real-time investor decisions, global structuring, and strategic bets (literally and commercially). What You’ll Be Driving

Capital Strategy & Structuring

• Maintain dynamic, multi-entity cap tables across convertible notes, SAFE rounds, and international shareholdings

• Build complex scenario models to evaluate dilution, founder/investor alignment, and funding thresholds

• Support design of optimal structures for joint ventures, carve-outs, and regulated subsidiaries

Financial Modeling & Valuation

• Build driver-based financial models to support internal forecasts and external investor decks

• Conduct market sizing, valuation benchmarking, and reverse DCFs with sensitivity overlays

• Model cash flows and scenario outcomes across multiple revenue share agreements and revenue verticals

Transaction Execution

• Prepare investment memos, data room materials, and board documents across equity and debt raises

• Manage investor Q&A, deal structuring, and term sheet alignment

• Support legal/tax advisors on group structuring, fundraising compliance, and due diligence

Investor & Board Reporting

• Draft monthly investor reporting, track capital pipeline, and maintain a rolling dashboard of key metrics

• Create board-level decks in collaboration with the CEO, covering strategic, financial, and operational KPIs

• Contribute to quarterly shareholder updates and broader investor relations strategy

What You Bring

• 4-5 years+ in investment banking, private equity, venture capital, or top-tier strategy consulting

• Strong understanding of fundraising mechanics, startup equity structures, and growth-stage financing

• Deep modeling capability in Excel (3-statement models, scenario logic, cap table modeling, etc.)

• Confidence to work closely with a fast-moving founder and C-suite across multiple geographies

• Precision under pressure — you understand what it means to work in a zero-error environment

• Bonus points if you’ve worked in regulated markets, gaming, fintech, or fast-scaling software businesses
