The Opportunity
The IT Program Manager will lead complex, enterprise scale AI and machine learning initiatives that drive modernization, automation, and operational efficiency across a global platform.
This is a senior leadership role responsible for orchestrating cross functional technology programs from strategy through execution. You will align executive vision, technical delivery, financial discipline, and operational readiness to ensure AI initiatives deliver measurable business value on time and within budget.
This role is ideal for a seasoned program leader who understands both technology depth and enterprise execution complexity.
The Ideal Profile
You are a structured, outcomes driven program leader with deep experience managing large, multi workstream technology initiatives. You understand AI and machine learning concepts well enough to challenge assumptions, assess feasibility, and ensure realistic delivery planning.
You are comfortable operating at both executive and technical levels, translating strategic intent into executable roadmaps while maintaining financial and operational discipline.

What You’ll Lead
Enterprise AI Program Delivery
Lead end to end execution of complex AI and machine learning programs across multiple business units and geographies.
Define program roadmaps, milestones, dependencies, budgets, and success metrics aligned to executive objectives.
Ensure delivery timelines, financial controls, and risk mitigation plans are clearly defined and actively managed.
Cross Functional Coordination
Partner with engineering, data science, IT, operations, compliance, and executive leadership to align priorities and resources.
Facilitate governance forums, steering committees, and executive reporting cadence.
Drive accountability across stakeholders to ensure delivery commitments are met.
AI Strategy & Governance Alignment
Support AI governance frameworks and ethical AI considerations within program structures.
Ensure lifecycle management standards, documentation, and risk controls are embedded into delivery processes.
Promote responsible AI practices across program execution.
Agile & Change Management
Lead programs using Agile and Scrum methodologies where appropriate.
Integrate change management and organizational transformation planning into technology rollouts.
Ensure successful adoption of AI solutions through stakeholder engagement and communication planning.
Program Performance & Reporting
Track KPIs, financial performance, and program health metrics.
Identify risks early and implement mitigation strategies to prevent delivery disruption.
Provide clear executive level updates tied to business outcomes.
What You’ll Bring
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, AI, Business Administration, or related field.
10 to 15+ years of program management experience, including leadership of complex AI and machine learning initiatives.
Proven track record delivering large scale technology programs on time and within budget.
Strong understanding of AI and machine learning technologies, tools, and methodologies.
Exceptional project management skills with proficiency in modern program management tools.
Experience with AI governance and ethical AI considerations preferred.
Familiarity with AI and ML lifecycle management tools.
Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
Knowledge of change management and organizational transformation practices.
Strong background in business analysis, financial planning, and strategic roadmap development.
