Their platform helps large organisations tackle the most complex data quality and governance challenges — bringing consistency and confidence to data across multiple domains, business units, and use cases.

The enterprise data landscape is shifting fast. Generative AI, agentic automation, and data fabric architectures are all driving a greater urgency around data trust. Our client sits at the centre of that shift, helping organisations build the data foundations their AI programs, analytics initiatives, regulatory requirements, and operational transformation efforts depend on.

About the Role

We are looking for an MDM Enterprise Strategy Lead to join a revenue-focused overlay team dedicated to helping existing customers get more from their Multi-Domain MDM platform. The core of this role is expansion — identifying new domains, business units, and use cases where the platform can deliver additional value.

Day to day, you will partner with Account Executives and Customer Success Managers, working together to assess where customers are today, map out where they could go, and build the business cases and roadmaps that make expansion a compelling and logical next step.

This role sits in a distinct space — it is not presales, it is not account management, and it is not customer success. It is about helping customers think bigger about what trusted data makes possible, and then turning that vision into a concrete expansion plan.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Assess the current state of customer MDM environments and identify where value is being left on the table

  • Pinpoint expansion opportunities across additional data domains, business units, and use cases

  • Design MDM and AI roadmaps aligned to each customer's strategic priorities

  • Build financial models and business cases that make the commercial value of trusted data clear to decision-makers

  • Deliver expansion recommendations to VP and C-suite stakeholders

  • Work closely with Account Executives and Customer Success Managers as part of integrated account teams

  • Develop reusable industry playbooks and expansion frameworks that can scale across the customer base

  • Feed market intelligence and customer insights back to leadership and Product Marketing

  • Monitor and report on pipeline influence and expansion outcomes across your assigned accounts

What We Are Looking For

  • Solid grounding in Master Data Management concepts and enterprise data strategy

  • Clear understanding of why Generative AI initiatives depend on clean, trusted data at their core

  • Proven ability to hold consultative conversations with senior executives and influence their thinking

  • Hands-on experience developing business cases, financial models, and board-ready presentations

  • A commercial instinct and genuine interest in contributing to revenue growth

  • Strong communicator — equally comfortable in writing and in the room

  • Comfortable managing a varied workload across multiple accounts simultaneously

  • A collaborative style and a genuine interest in helping others succeed

  • Willingness to travel up to 50% for customer engagements and industry events

Nice to Have

  • Prior exposure to C-suite buyers including CDOs, CIOs, and CFOs

  • Vertical experience in Healthcare, Financial Services, Manufacturing, or Retail

  • A track record of building scalable frameworks, playbooks, or enablement assets

  • Familiarity with AI readiness assessments, data fabric strategies, regulatory data programs, or M&A data integration
