About the Role

We are seeking an MDM Transformation Advisor to help existing customers unlock the full value of their Profisee Multi-Domain MDM investment. This is a revenue-focused overlay role responsible for identifying expansion opportunities across new domains, business units, and use cases.

You will work closely with Account Executives and Customer Success Managers to assess current-state maturity, build MDM and AI roadmaps, develop business cases, and engage executive stakeholders to drive customer expansion.

This is not a presales consulting role and not a customer success or account management position. The focus is on helping customers envision future possibilities and translating those opportunities into expansion plans.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Conduct current-state assessments across existing customer environments

  • Identify expansion opportunities across additional domains, business units, and use cases

  • Develop MDM and AI roadmaps tailored to customer priorities

  • Build financial models and business cases that quantify the value of trusted data

  • Present recommendations and expansion strategies to VP and C-level stakeholders

  • Partner closely with Account Executives and Customer Success Managers on account plans

  • Create reusable industry playbooks and expansion frameworks

  • Provide feedback and market intelligence to leadership and Product Marketing teams

  • Track pipeline influence and expansion outcomes across assigned accounts

What We Are Looking For

  • Strong understanding of Master Data Management and enterprise data strategies

  • Understanding of how Generative AI initiatives rely on trusted data foundations

  • Ability to engage executive stakeholders and lead consultative discussions

  • Experience building business cases, financial models, and executive presentations

  • Strong commercial mindset and ability to support revenue growth

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

  • Collaborative approach with a passion for enabling others

  • Ability to travel up to 50% for customer meetings and industry events

Nice to Have

  • Experience working with CDOs, CIOs, CFOs, and business leaders

  • Exposure to industries such as Healthcare, Financial Services, Manufacturing, or Retail

  • Experience creating reusable frameworks, playbooks, and customer-facing assets

  • Familiarity with AI readiness, data fabrics, regulatory initiatives, or M&A data programs
