Role Overview:
We're looking for a relationship-driven, commercially sharp Microsoft Partner Alliance Manager to join a growing Global Alliances team. You'll work closely with Sales, Business Development, and Pre-Sales to identify and grow relationships within Microsoft's field organisation, driving net new revenue through co-sell motions and strategic partnerships. This role is fully remote with travel of up to 25% for field engagement and client visits.
What You Will Do:
Own and grow relationships within the Microsoft field sales organisation across your assigned regions
Drive pipeline and revenue through existing and new Microsoft partnerships, continuously uncovering new revenue streams
Position the company's solutions within the Microsoft ecosystem, leveraging a strong understanding of Data Fabric, Data Governance, Digital Transformation, and related Microsoft sales plays
Clearly articulate the "Better Together" value proposition to Microsoft field sales teams
Set regular cadences with the internal AE team to build coordinated revenue plans across their territories
Develop internal champions within Microsoft's field leadership organisations
Co-sell complex solutions through the Microsoft ecosystem, navigating Azure and cloud marketplace dynamics
Build and manage executive relationships within Microsoft, elevating brand awareness at leadership level
What We Are Looking For:
Proven track record in a Microsoft alliance, partner, or co-sell role. Bring your Microsoft network
Experience working directly within or alongside the Microsoft Data and AI field organisation
Consistent over-quota performance. This is a commission-bearing revenue role and we want achievers
Executive presence, comfortable creating and managing senior relationships at field leadership level
Strong communicator with the ability to build confidence and credibility across a partner network
Genuine sense of urgency, ownership, and attention to detail
Familiarity with MDM, Data Governance, or broader data management solutions is a strong advantage
What We Are Not Looking For:
Alliance or partner roles that were primarily administrative or event-based with no revenue accountability
Candidates without direct Microsoft field experience or an existing network to activate
Those who need a long runway before generating pipeline activity
