About the Role
We are scaling a new wave of operators within the iGaming and crypto sweepstakes markets. Performance marketing sits at the heart of that growth.
As a Paid Media Specialist, you will take ownership of paid acquisition strategy across multiple channels and geos. This is not a narrow execution role. You will be given the autonomy to design, test, and scale campaigns that drive measurable acquisition, working directly with senior marketing leadership in a startup-style environment.
What You’ll Be Driving
Channel Strategy & Execution
Design and execute campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Google Ads, and programmatic networks
Adapt strategies for crypto vs fiat audiences, navigating restrictions and compliance challenges
Build geo-specific campaigns, tailoring messaging to different markets
Creative Testing & Optimization
Rapidly test new ad creatives, hooks, and offers in partnership with designers
Run data-driven experiments to improve CTR, CAC, and LTV
Use attribution models and proxy metrics to optimize in low-signal environments
Scaling & Insights
Manage significant budgets with accountability for ROI
Surface insights on user behavior, creative performance, and funnel bottlenecks
Collaborate with affiliate and operator teams to align overall acquisition strategy
What You Bring
3 to 5 years in paid media or performance marketing, ideally in iGaming, crypto, or sweepstakes acquisition
Deep knowledge of paid social and search platforms with hands-on campaign management experience
Strong background in creative testing, funnel optimization, and attribution problem-solving
Analytical mindset, confident managing budgets, KPIs, and scaling campaigns
