About the Role
Join a fast-growing, AI-driven technology company reimagining online gaming with automation and scale. As Paid Social Manager, you’ll own performance across Meta, Snapchat, Telegram, and Reddit, building and optimising campaigns that acquire, retain, and monetise users in the iGaming space. This is a hands-on role for an operator who thrives on rapid testing, sharp creative, and tight feedback loops with Design, BI, and Growth.
What You’ll Be Driving
Channel Ownership & Execution
Plan, launch, and optimise paid social campaigns end-to-end across Meta, Snapchat, Telegram, and Reddit.
Manage bidding, budgets, pacing, and placements daily to hit CAC/CPA/ROAS targets by geo and segment.
Maintain clean account structures (naming, audiences, exclusions) and enforce pixel/postback integrity.
Creative & Testing Strategy
Build experimentation roadmaps (hooks, angles, formats, landing flows) tailored to iGaming audiences.
Partner with Design to brief, produce, and refresh high-performing UGC/static/video creatives on a set cadence.
Run structured A/B and multivariate tests; scale winners and retire fatigue efficiently.
Performance & Optimisation
Diagnose funnel friction (thumb-stop, CTR, CVR, AOV/LTV); deploy fast iterations to improve unit economics.
Optimise audiences (prospecting, retargeting, lookalikes), signals, and events with privacy/iOS constraints in mind.
Coordinate with BI on MMP/postback accuracy and cohort views for payback and LTV.
Collaboration, Reporting & Compliance
Align with CRM/Email on lifecycle handoffs and with Landing Page/Offer teams on conversion paths.
Produce weekly performance reports with actionable insights for senior stakeholders.
Operate within brand safety and regulated market/sweepstakes guidelines; document approvals.
What You Bring
Strong experience managing paid social including ideally 2–3 years in iGaming (sweepstakes/regulated markets experience a strong plus).
Deep platform knowledge: Meta Ads, Snapchat Ads, Reddit, Telegram (targeting, formats, policies).
Hands-on optimisation skills (bidding, budgeting, creative rotation, audience strategy).
Strong analytical chops: Excel/Sheets, experimentation frameworks, MMP familiarity (postbacks/attribution).
Clear communicator with solid brief writing, stakeholder updates, and budget stewardship.
