About the Role

As a Mid–Senior Product Owner, you’ll take ownership of driving the product roadmap, working closely with leadership and development teams to ensure world-class execution from strategy to delivery.

You’ll be at the centre of the action — defining requirements, managing cross-functional alignment, and ensuring features land with speed, quality, and business impact. What You’ll Be Driving

Roadmap & Strategy

• Define and drive the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals.

• Conduct competitor and market analysis to inform future product development.

• Collaborate with senior leadership to shape the long-term product vision.

End-to-End Delivery

• Own the feature lifecycle from ideation through delivery.

• Write detailed requirements, run workshops and kick-offs, and clarify scope.

• Manage dependencies and ensure seamless developer execution.

Development Team Support

• Act as the go-to contact for the dev team, providing scope clarification and daily support.

• Run stand-ups and hold teams accountable to delivery estimates, constructively challenging when needed.

• Remove blockers and drive progress to ensure delivery timelines are met.

Stakeholder Management

• Engage with stakeholders across the business to align on requirements, scope, and delivery.

• Serve as the central hub for communication, ensuring visibility and alignment.

• Collaborate directly with founders and senior leaders, adapting quickly to evolving priorities.

What You Bring

• Strong experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager, ideally in SaaS, gaming, fintech, or other high-growth tech sectors.

• Proven ability to manage roadmaps, run workshops, and deliver features end-to-end.

• Strong organisational skills to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to bridge technical and non-technical teams.

• High adaptability and resilience in dynamic environments.

• A collaborative, low-ego mindset — able to take direction, pivot when needed, and maintain a positive, results-driven culture.
