Role Overview

As a Professional Services Consultant, you will play a hands-on role in delivering enterprise data management implementations for new and existing customers. Reporting into the Professional Services organization, you will work directly with clients on signed Statements of Work, focusing on execution, solution design, and successful adoption of the platform.

This is a delivery-focused consulting role where you’ll be measured on utilization, quality of delivery, and customer outcomes.

You will partner closely with solution architects, engagement leads, and customer stakeholders to translate business requirements into practical, scalable data solutions. The team values consultants who combine technical capability with strong communication skills and a genuine interest in understanding how customers run their businesses.

Key Responsibilities

Client Delivery & Implementation

• Deliver end-to-end data management implementations under agreed Statements of Work

• Lead discovery sessions and workshops to understand current-state challenges and future-state objectives

• Translate business requirements into configured, production-ready solutions

• Support customers through implementation, go-live, and early adoption phases

Technical & Functional Consulting

• Configure master data models, matching, merging, and survivorship logic aligned to client needs

• Design and support data integrations from multiple source systems

• Work with SQL-based data structures, APIs, and data transformation processes

• Enable data quality, governance, and stewardship use cases

Collaboration & Continuous Improvement

• Partner with internal teams across delivery, architecture, and support

• Contribute to delivery best practices, accelerators, and reusable patterns

• Participate in team knowledge sharing and continuous improvement initiatives

Who You Are

Proven Consulting Experience

• Experience in professional services, implementation consulting, or enterprise technology delivery

• Comfortable working directly with customers in a client-facing role

Data & Technical Fluency

• Strong understanding of data concepts such as MDM, data integration, data quality, analytics, or governance

• Hands-on experience with SQL and relational data structures

• Familiarity with APIs and cloud-based platforms

Strong Communicator

• Confident running workshops, leading discussions, and explaining technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

• Polished, resilient, and professional in client interactions

Adaptable & Curious

• Able to learn new platforms and technologies quickly
