Programmatic & Traffic Acquisition Manager

About the Role

Join a fast-growing, AI-driven technology company reimagining online gaming with automation and scale. As Programmatic & Traffic Acquisition Manager, you’ll own programmatic and native performance across various networks such as The Trade Desk, Xandr, and other native networks—from deal negotiation to day-to-day optimisation. This is a hands-on role for an operator with 5-7 years’ iGaming experience (sweepstakes a plus) who can turn inventory, bids, and creatives into measurable acquisition and retention.

What You’ll Be Driving

Channel Ownership & Execution

  • Plan, launch, and optimise display/programmatic and native campaigns across all channels.

  • Build clean account structures, audiences, and deal setups (open exchange, PMP/PD); ensure pixel/postback integrity and UTM hygiene.

  • Manage daily pacing, bidding, inventory quality, and brand safety settings to hit targets by geo, OS, and placement.

Performance & Optimisation

  • Optimise to CPA/ROI/ROAS and downstream quality (FTD/LTV/retention); tune frequency caps, supply paths, and viewability.

  • Run structured creative and landing-flow tests (formats, messaging, prelanders); scale winners and retire fatigue quickly.

  • Diagnose funnel friction (CTR, CVR, bounce) and deploy fast iterations to improve unit economics.

Partnerships & Negotiation

  • Negotiate with DSPs, SSPs, ad networks, and publishers to secure favourable commercial terms, PMPs, and beta access.

  • Maintain strong partner relationships; evaluate new inventory and formats for incremental reach and performance.

Analytics, Reporting & Compliance

  • Collaborate with BI on dashboards and cohort views; align MMP/postbacks for accurate attribution.

  • Produce weekly reports with actionable insights and next steps for senior stakeholders.

  • Operate within iGaming/sweepstakes compliance standards (creative approvals, disclosures, age/geo gating); enforce fraud and brand-safety controls.

What You Bring

  • Programmatic/display experience ideally with 5-7 years of iGaming (sweepstakes/skill-based campaigns preferred).

  • Hands-on expertise with native advertising platforms.

  • Strong analytical and budget management skills; proven track record hitting CPA/ROI/retention goals.

  • Solid grasp of programmatic best practices (deal types, supply path, brand safety, fraud controls, viewability).

  • Clear communicator with vendor negotiation skills and crisp documentation/QA habits.
