About the Role
We are seeking an SCM Support & Hypercare Consultant to support retail ERP and supply chain systems following go-live. This role focuses on ensuring system stability, resolving issues, and supporting day-to-day operations across supply chain environments.
You will work closely with business teams, IT, and vendors to troubleshoot issues, manage escalations, and support ongoing system performance during Hypercare and beyond. The role combines technical support, stakeholder coordination, and continuous improvement.
What You Will Be Doing
Provide production support for ERP and supply chain systems
Support Hypercare and post go-live activities to ensure system stability
Troubleshoot and resolve issues, with a focus on root cause analysis and prevention
Collaborate with business users, IT teams, and vendors to resolve incidents
Support supply chain functions including inventory, replenishment, warehouse, and planning
Monitor integrations, data flows, and CSV-based processes
Track, manage, and escalate critical issues as required
Assist with testing, training, and process improvement initiatives
What We Are Looking For
3–6 years of experience in retail, supply chain, ERP support, or Hypercare environments
Hands-on experience supporting ERP systems in production
Knowledge of SQL or PL-SQL and Linux scripting
Experience working with CSV integrations and data flows
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment
Nice to Have
Experience with G.O.L.D ERP is preferred but not mandatory
