About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Analyst to join a growing analytics team based in Bangkok. This role focuses on delivering high-quality analytical insights to retail and consumer goods clients, combining hands-on analytics with structured problem-solving and stakeholder engagement.

You will work across local and global workstreams, leading analytical initiatives under guidance from senior team members, while ensuring outputs are accurate, timely, and actionable. The role offers exposure to modern analytical techniques, including predictive modeling and emerging approaches such as GenAI, within a collaborative team environment.

What You Will Be Doing

Hands-On Analytics & Methods

• Conduct analysis using SQL, Python, Power BI, and internal data models

• Design and execute analytical approaches for evolving and ambiguous business requirements

• Build and apply predictive and statistical models including regression, classification, segmentation, and time series

Insight Generation & Storytelling

• Translate complex datasets into clear, structured insights and recommendations

• Develop dashboards and presentations for decision-making

• Present findings to both local and global stakeholders

Workstream Leadership & Delivery

• Lead analytical workstreams with defined scope, timelines, and deliverables

• Collaborate with engineering and technical teams to understand data structures and dependencies

• Manage workload, documentation, and quality control across deliverables

Client & Stakeholder Engagement

• Build relationships with client stakeholders and maintain regular communication

• Translate business questions into structured analytical approaches

• Communicate insights clearly across technical and business audiences

Innovation & Continuous Improvement

• Explore and apply modern analytical techniques to improve delivery quality and efficiency

• Contribute to reusable assets, templates, and best practices

• Collaborate with global teams to enhance analytical capabilities

What We Are Looking For

Experience & Technical Skills

• 5+ years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, data science, or consulting

• Advanced SQL skills, ideally with experience in Snowflake

• Strong Python capabilities for data analysis and modeling

• Experience with Power BI including data modeling and visualization

• Experience working with large datasets and strong understanding of data structures

• Proven ability to translate analysis into actionable business insights

• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills

• Familiarity with Azure data environments is a plus

• Experience presenting to senior stakeholders

• Clear and concise communication skills
