About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager / Solution Lead with expertise in the G.O.L.D Core Retail Suite to join the Professional Services team. This role is responsible for leading the design, implementation, and delivery of G.O.L.D solutions for retail clients.

Acting as a trusted advisor, you will work closely with clients, business analysts, technical teams, and product specialists to ensure successful adoption and optimization of retail technology. The role combines project leadership, solution design, and client engagement across end-to-end implementations.

What You Will Be Doing

• Lead end-to-end implementation of G.O.L.D Core Retail Suite modules as the primary point of contact for client projects

• Manage full customer implementations or major workstreams, including executive-level communication

• Analyse business requirements, map processes, and design solutions leveraging the G.O.L.D platform

• Facilitate workshops, requirement gathering sessions, and solution design discussions with stakeholders

• Configure, test, and deploy solutions aligned to client objectives and retail best practices

• Oversee data migration, integrations, user acceptance testing, and transition to support

• Develop and maintain project documentation including solution designs, test scripts, configuration guides, and training materials

• Provide guidance on retail operations including inventory, pricing, promotions, and master data management

• Support onboarding and change management activities to drive adoption

• Collaborate with internal product, engineering, and support teams to resolve issues and deliver outcomes

• Mentor junior consultants and team members on product knowledge and implementation best practices

What We Are Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field

• 6+ years of experience implementing or supporting retail ERP solutions, with strong expertise in the G.O.L.D Core Retail Suite

• Deep understanding of retail operations and business processes including merchandising, inventory, store management, pricing, and replenishment

• Strong functional and technical knowledge of G.O.L.D modules such as G.O.L.D Central, G.O.L.D Shop, and G.O.L.D Stock

• Experience delivering projects within Agile or Waterfall environments

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management capabilities

• Ability to design, configure, and test complex retail solutions with minimal supervision

• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience engaging senior client stakeholders

• Willingness to travel to client sites as required
