About the Role

This is a rare opportunity to join a high-growth, design-led technology company delivering fully white-labeled platforms to high-tier clients in the online gaming and betting space. You’ll sit at the intersection of design and engineering - owning the “visual layer” and ensuring our platform’s user interfaces are executed with pixel-perfect precision across multiple brands.

This is not a generic front-end developer role. It’s a highly specialized position for someone who lives and breathes modern CSS and thrives on bringing complex Figma designs to life in production. You’ll work directly with our design, engineering, and client delivery teams to implement high-fidelity, brand-specific interfaces that perform flawlessly across devices and markets.

What You’ll Be Driving

Design-to-Code Execution

• Translate complex Figma designs into production-ready, responsive CSS/SCSS implementations with 100% design fidelity.

• Build modular, reusable UI components and theming systems (CSS variables, SCSS mixins) for rapid brand customization.

• Implement smooth, performant animations and transitions using CSS and JS libraries (GSAP, Framer Motion).

Code Quality & Performance

• Write clean, maintainable, framework-light CSS (no reliance on Tailwind or similar).

• Optimize stylesheets for performance and scalability while ensuring accessibility compliance (WCAG 2.1).

• Minimize reflows/repaints and maintain 60 FPS rendering across devices.

Collaboration & Integration

• Partner with designers to resolve design-to-code challenges without compromising visual integrity.

• Integrate components into a React-based platform, collaborating with the broader front-end team.

• Ensure consistent branding across multiple white-labeled client implementations.

Mentorship & Best Practices

• Guide junior engineers on advanced CSS techniques and Figma-to-code workflows.

• Contribute to and evolve the internal UI toolkit and theming processes.

What You Bring

• Proven passion for and expertise in modern CSS - Flexbox, Grid, animations, transitions, and custom properties.

• Strong track record of implementing complex Figma designs into production at a pixel-perfect level.

• Experience in responsive design, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility.

• Ability to work in a React environment (basic familiarity is sufficient; this is not a React-heavy role).

• Exceptional attention to detail and a design-oriented mindset.

Bonus Points For:

• Animation experience with GSAP, Framer Motion, or similar libraries.

• Exposure to white-label or multi-brand UI theming projects.

• Experience in gaming, fintech, or high-traffic consumer applications.
