About the Role

We are seeking a Technical Architect to lead the design and delivery of complex G.O.L.D Core Retail Suite implementations within retail supply chain environments. This role is responsible for defining solution architecture, guiding technical design, and ensuring successful delivery across large-scale programs.

You will work closely with clients, Professional Services, product teams, and partners to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions, while providing architectural leadership across the full implementation lifecycle.

What You Will Be Doing

Solution Architecture & Design

• Lead end-to-end solution architecture for SCM G.O.L.D implementations

• Translate retail supply chain requirements into scalable functional and technical designs

• Define system architecture, integration frameworks, and configuration strategies

• Guide design decisions across forecasting, replenishment, inventory optimization, and supply chain planning

Technical Leadership

• Provide hands-on architectural guidance across system configuration, customization, integrations, and performance optimization

• Support teams in resolving complex implementation challenges and architectural decisions

• Ensure best practices across data architecture, APIs, and system integrations

• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to align platform capabilities with client requirements

Client & Stakeholder Engagement

• Lead discussions with client executives, program leaders, and technical stakeholders

• Act as the primary architecture authority during workshops, solution reviews, and key checkpoints

• Provide guidance during testing, UAT, and production deployment

• Support client adoption and change management activities

Program Delivery Support

• Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure solution integrity across the program lifecycle

• Provide oversight across design validation, system build, UAT readiness, and production cutover

• Support risk mitigation and architectural governance for complex implementations

What We Are Looking For

Technical Skills

• Strong understanding of system design, architecture, and integrations

• Experience with Java, REST APIs, and database concepts including SQL and PL/SQL

• Experience with shell scripting

• Understanding of web-based applications using JavaScript, HTML, and CSS

• Basic familiarity with frameworks such as Vue or React

Experience & Domain Knowledge

• 10+ years of experience in retail supply chain technology implementations

• Experience designing and delivering large-scale supply chain planning solutions

• Strong understanding of forecasting, replenishment, inventory optimization, and supply chain processes

• Experience working across solution architecture, system integration, and enterprise deployments

• Ability to lead complex client-facing discussions across business and technical stakeholders

• Experience collaborating with product, delivery, and partner teams

• Understanding of cloud platforms

Nice to Have

• Experience with SymphonyAI SCM G.O.L.D platform

• Experience delivering enterprise retail transformation programs

• Background in supply chain data architecture and integration

• Experience supporting UAT, testing governance, and deployment strategies
