About the Client

Our client is a global leader in the BPO sector, supporting some of the world’s most recognized brands through exceptional customer service, sales, and back-office solutions. With operations spanning the globe, the company is known for its commitment to operational excellence, innovation, and employee development.

They pride themselves on creating a values-driven workplace that fosters collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement. This role offers the opportunity to join a forward-thinking organization at a pivotal time of global HR transformation.

About the Role
We are seeking a Vice President, Human Resources to lead the transformation and optimization of HR administrative processes and shared services in the Philippines. This role is pivotal in enabling the organization to deliver scalable, efficient, and technology-driven HR operations globally.

You will partner closely with global HR and business leaders to accelerate the effectiveness of a shared services / operations team and ensure the HR function delivers consistent, high-quality service across the employee lifecycle.

This is not a replacement role — the position is being created to add leadership muscle and operational excellence to an already established HR structure in the Philippines.

Key Focus Areas

HR Shared Services & Operations Leadership

  • Lead and evolve the company’s HR Service Desk (leveraging ServiceNow) to manage core HR processes and case management.
  • Drive adoption of centralized, standardized HR processes while eliminating manual, redundant, or paper-based systems.
  • Scale the HR Service Desk beyond the current 5–7 processes to handle a significantly larger scope across the employee lifecycle.

Process Transformation & Operational Excellence

  • Analyze and streamline administrative workflows, eliminating inefficiencies and improving accuracy, speed, and compliance.
  • Introduce best practices, KPIs, and performance metrics to ensure continuous service improvement.
  • Lead the adoption of digital HR solutions and global systems such as ServiceNow to ensure ROI and service consistency.

Change Leadership & Stakeholder Management

  • Influence and gain buy-in from senior leaders, HR teams, and stakeholders to champion change initiatives.
  • Push back on legacy processes and custom workarounds that create inefficiencies or data integrity issues.
  • Guide the HR team through change, fostering a mindset of continuous improvement and accountability.

Global Service Delivery

  • While the majority of activity will be based in the Philippines, this role will also support the delivery of shared services to other regions, as non-Philippines HR processes are centralized into the team.
  • Build scalable operating models that can support global HR transformation.

Team & Capability Building

  • Lead, mentor, and upskill a team of HR professionals responsible for day-to-day operations and service delivery.
  • Build a strong culture of service excellence, compliance, and responsiveness across all HR touchpoints.
  • Eligibility & Requirements
  • Education: Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.

Experience:

  • 10+ years in HR leadership roles, with strong expertise in shared services, operations, or administrative transformation.
  • Proven track record in HR process optimization, technology implementation, and scaling shared services.
  • Experience leading multi-site, high-volume HR operations in fast-paced or multinational environments.
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow or other global HR case management tools is a strong advantage.

Skills:

  • Operationally strong, detail-oriented, and capable of managing complex change across large organizations.
  • Strong influencing skills and confidence in pushing back on inefficient legacy practices.
  • Global mindset and ability to work across time zones and cultures.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
